Holdbrook Community Centre

Holdbrook Community Centre opened in 2008 and is located in the grounds of Holdbrook Primary School, with its own dedicated access from Longcroft Drive.

The Centre is fully DDA compliant. The large room accommodates up to 48 seated and is ideal for training events and larger meetings. The room is air-conditioned and has a fully integrated powerpoint projector and screen.

Facilities include:

• Free parking (seven bays)
• Large room (maximum 48 seated)
• Fully equipped kitchen (cooker, sink, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle)
• Toilet (including baby changing)

Hall hire charges (minimum two hours)

• A hall hire booking deposit of £25 or 20 per cent of total, whichever greater, is required. This is due upon confirmation of booking.
• A refundable damage deposit of up to £200 may be required. This is payable two weeks before the hire. 
• There is a penalty charge of double the hourly rate for every 30 minutes over the agreed booking time.
• Full payment is due 13 weeks before the hire or at time of booking if hire is within 13 weeks of booking date.

• Saturday                   9am - 9pm
• Sunday                     9am - 4pm

Bookings

Please call 01992 444504 (Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 5.30pm) to check availability of dates before completing and returning a booking form. Once the date has been provisionally booked, complete and return the booking form with the deposit amount agreed with the venue administrator.

Please print a copy of the Conditions of Hire, ensuring they are fully understood before signing and returning with the completed booking form to the Broxbourne Hall Civic address. Please note, unsigned booking forms will not be accepted and the provisional booking will be cancelled).

The Centre has its own entrance on the south western corner of Longcroft Drive, signposted between Thistly House (EN8 7QH) and Holyfield House (EN8 7QQ). Longcroft Drive is a “U” shaped road off, and south of, Eleanor Cross Road/Station Road (A121, Waltham Cross-Waltham Abbey).
