Cancellation Policy

Goldplus members and SHOKK members:

Goldplus and SHOKK members who make a booking and do not attend will be charged the full activity fee. If you cannot attend you must abide by the centre’s cancellation policy. Classes and activities can cancelled via the following methods:

Pay and Play users:

Pay and play users are required to pay for the class or activity when booking. If you do not attend, you will not receive a refund. If cancellation is made with a minimum of 24 hours notice, monies paid can either be transferred onto another class or activity or an activity card issued for the full amount paid at the manager’s discretion.
