Hi/Lo
An aerobic class designed to burn fat and increase your stamina
with some toning exercises to finish.
Hi/Lo Kick
An aerobic based class with the high kick boxing theme.
Low Impact Aerobics
A great aerobic workout with low impact on your joints.
Stomp
A step based workout that shreds fat and boosts fitness through
a series
of agility, functional conditioning
and high intensity interval training sessions.
XBike
XBikes give your upper and lower body a fantastic workout
similar to cross country mountain biking.
Zumba

Aerobic fitness and

20/20/20
A combination of three favourite classes; 20 minutes of
aerobics, step and body conditioning.
All Over Body Workout
Toning class combining aerobic and resistance toning
exercises.
Circuits
Intensive workout involving cardiovascular fitness and strength
work to improve fitness and muscle tone (minimum age 15yrs).
Legs, Bums and Tums
Aerobic warm up and stretch, followed by the most effective way
to shape up your legs, bums and tums.
Leisure Club Over 50s and Pre/Post Natal
Conditioning
A low impact step class, ideal for beginners and those over 50
years.
Step Workout/Step and Tone
If you like a plain, straight forward step class without too
much choreography, then this is for you.
Triple Challenge
A fun and effective circuit based workout, using exercise to
challenge both body and mind.
XBike and Abs
Combining XBike and Ab’s - this is a great workout for those new
to exercise or those who wish to improve their fitness level.
XBike and Tone
A two part class starting with a low impact aerobic workout on
the XBikes followed by studio based resistance toning exercises to
shape the body.

Based on ashtanga yoga involving stretching, toning,
flexibility, strength
and relaxation for the mind & body.
Integral Yoga
Seeks to integrate mind, body and spirit. It includes classical
yoga
postures, pranayama (yogic breathing
exercises) and meditation.
Pilates
Focusing on inner core, strength, balance and stability (mat
work).
Designed to give you longer and leaner
muscles to improve posture.
Stretch and Relax
A non impact class designed to relax and calm the muscles as

Capoeira
The new craze that’s hit London by storm! Why not come and try
Brazilian Martial Arts. It’s all round fitness for all ages. It
incorporates fighting, defending, acrobatics, music and samba!
Cardiac Rehab
An exercise programme focusing on flexibility, strength and
cardiovascular conditioning - Attendance by referral
only.
Dance Yourself Fit
This fun but highly effective workout
is broken down into easy to follow sections. A class that will
develop lean abs and a firm bum.
Dancing Diva’s
A fun dance class for kids which helps to improve coordination,
balance and general fitness.
Eat Better
This class is a weighing in session, ideal to monitor weight
loss and learn more about how to ‘Eat Better.’ The class offers
informational talks about a wide variety of subjects covering
healthy eating, food plans and nutritional advice.
Kids Street Dance

choreography to the latest chart tunes.
