Monday to Thursday 7am – 10pm
Friday 7am - 9pm
Saturdays and Sundays 8am – 5pm
Bank and Public Holidays 7am – 3pm
Men and women only sessions:
Women only: Mondays 9am – 12noon and Thursdays 6pm – 10pm
Men only: Mondays 6pm – 10pm
