Fit&Well Health Suite
Open to members and non-members. After a hard day, relax,
unwind, refresh and rejuvenate in the Fit&Well Health Suite.
The Health Suite features several fantastic facilities
including:
- Spa bath
- Aromatherapy room
- Sauna cabin
- Steam room
- Sun bed ultra tanning pod
- Relaxation area
- Osteopath
- Sports rehabilitation/massage service
Fit&Well Health Suite sessions are for those aged 16 years
and over and include a swim.
Opening Hours:
Monday-Thursday 7am - 10pm,
Friday 7am - 9pm,
Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm
(The spa and aromatherapy area closes at 9pm Monday - Friday and
3pm at weekends).
Men only sessions:
Monday 6pm - 10pm
Women only sessions:
Monday 9am - 12 noon, Thursday 6pm - 10pm
Please note that the exclusive session times do not apply during
bank holidays.
Relax in the Health Suite for just £2.15 for centre members and
£3.25 for non members when purchasing a ticket for any other
activity excluding swimming!
