SHOKK Membership

SHOKK Memberships - for those aged eight to 15 years.

SHOKK membership means that for less than 50p per day you can enjoy:

Unlimited swimming
Unlimited use of the SHOKK gym
Off peak racket sports
Unlimited SHOKK exercise classes

The SHOKK gym is a state of the art facility designed specifically for the body of a growing teenager. The SHOKK youth gym contains a range of resistance, cardiovascular and free weight equipment as well as some brand new kit including Dance Mats, Target Wall and Vew Do Boards.

SHOKK offers a fantastic place for teenagers to get fit, look good and socialise. The gym provides a safe place for those aged eight to 15 as all sessions are fully supervised by a gym instructor. The SHOKK gym is open after school, at weekends and during the school holidays.
