Goldplus membership packages are available to suit
everyone including individuals, the retired, students and
young people.
Easy direct debit payments are
available.
The Goldplus membership provides unlimited use of a wide
range of facilities at both Grundy Park Leisure Centre and The
John Warner Sports Centre. Other benefits include:
- Fit&Well exercise classes - with over 150 classes to choose
from each week

Pay and play - non members
Non members are welcome to enjoy the
range of facilities at both Grundy Park Leisure Centre and The John
Warner Sports Centre. Non members can book five
days in advance and payment is made at the time of
booking.

Cancellation policy
Goldplus members and SHOKK members:
if you make a booking and do not attend you will be charged the
full activity fee. If you cannot attend you must abide by the
centre’s cancellation policy. You can cancel classes and activities
by contacting the centre’s reception or emailing The John Warner
Sports Centre at

or Grundy Park Leisure Centre at
gplccancellations@broxbourne.gov.uk
Pay and play users:
You are required to pay for your class or activity when booking. If
you do not attend you will not receive a refund. If cancellation is
made with a minimum of 24 hours notice monies paid can either be
transferred onto another class or activity, or an activity card
issued for the full amount paid at the manager’s discretion.
