Health walks

If you want to enjoy your local park, meet new
people and benefit
your health and wellbeing, come along
to the volunteer health walks. These are friendly, low-key
walks for all ages and abilities.
In order to expand the walks programme, we are
looking to recruit more volunteer leaders, especially those willing
to lead a regular, fortnightly or even monthly weekday walk. One
day of full training and insurance is free. For more information or
to find out about volunteering as a walk leader, call the
Council's community services team on 01992 785555
extension 5909.
