Weddings and Parties

Cheshunt Park Golf Centre is a wonderful venue for a range of functions including weddings, parties and corporate gatherings. This page should answer any questions you may have, but if not, please do not hesitate to contact the team at the centre.

Room capacities

The St Andrews suite can hold a maximum of 60 guests for a sit down meal or up to 120 guests for an evening party / reception.

Availability

The St Andrews suite is available to hire seven days a week. Generally, with the exception of wedding reception, the hire time begins at 6pm, although you are able to come into the centre and decorate from 5pm. Those hiring the centre for a wedding reception are able to come in all day. The hire time ends at midnight, although last orders at the bar are called at 11.40pm. We kindly ask that guests depart by 12.30pm.

Catering

The experienced catering team at the centre can supply food and refreshments for any type of function. Sample menus are included within your pack which include the price payable per head. If guests choose the catering team at the centre, then all tables, linen, plates and cutlery are provided.

Alternatively, guests are allowed to supply their own buffet but will be required to supply their own buffet table, linen, plates and cutlery. Unfortunately we are unable to store food in our kitchens, so if customers bring in their own buffets, they will need to put them directly out on the buffet tables.

Party decorations

Guests are entitled to dress the St Andrews suite with decorations that may include chair covers, fairy light curtains or balloons. Ideally, no party poppers or streamers are permitted, but please ask at the centre if you wish to have these items. Silly string is not permitted.

Suppliers

Any suppliers are welcome to work at Cheshunt Park Golf Centre. The centre is located away from any residential premises and therefore there are no restrictions over DJ’s or live music.

How to book your function at Cheshunt Park Golf Centre?

Step 1

For more information or to arrange an appointment at the centre, call 01992 624009 or e-mail golf.leisure@broxbourne.gov.uk.  This will allow you to view the venue and to ask any questions you may have.

Step 2

If you decide Cheshunt Park Golf Centre is the venue for you, then we can hold a provisional booking for seven working days.

Step 3

To confirm a booking, call the centre to advise them that you wish to proceed with your provisional booking. You then need to complete and return your booking form along with a deposit for £100. This must be received within 14 days of the telephone confirmation.

Step 4

Then you can start planning your function!
