You don’t have to be a member to enjoy activities at Grundy Park
Leisure Centre or The John Warner Sports Centre.
Enjoy a workout in the gym or a great
exercise class like Zumba or Legs,
Bums and Tums. You can also have a swim or a game of badminton. For

friendly! If the gym isn’t your thing, but you still fancy
getting fitter, this class could be for you. With friendly
instructors, the course is designed for anyone to participate;
beginners particularly welcome!
