Broxbourne Civic Hall is the perfect venue for large and small conferences, meetings, corporate days and special events. It is also ideal for lectures, presentations, exhibitions, social meetings, concerts, craft fayres, and dinner dances.

 

Conference 3 at Civic HallThe venue is a bright, pleasant, purpose-planned building set in six and a half acres of landscaped tree- lined lawns leading down to a lake. It is conveniently located just eight miles from junction 25 of the M25 with easy access from the A10. It has its own car park with spaces for 92 cars.

 

Conference 4 at Broxbourne Civic HallBroxbourne Civic Hall is comprised of adaptable rooms suitable for both formal and informal events. The Main Auditorium Hall with stage and sound and lighting equipment  can seat up to 566 theatre style and 350 seated at round tables. The Dinant Room can seat up to 40 and the Bar Lounge can seat up to 60 people.

Our professional conference and technical team will ensure everything runs according to plan, with full business support. We provide a wide range of conference, seminar, exhibition and display items and as well as a comprehensive list of the latest audio visual equipment, overhead projectors, video recorders and monitors, a full size cinema screen and a qualified technician to ensure the day runs smoothly. We also offer traditional presentation aids such as flip charts and white boards.

Courteous, efficient staff serve everything from morning coffee and biscuits to buffet luncheon and afternoon tea - all included in the competitive daily rate. Our in–house caterers 'Spotlight Catering' provide a flexible service and will cater to your individual requirements.
