allowing the ceremony and reception to take place under one

Broxbourne Civic Hall offers three
different locations which are licensed for Civil Weddings and
Partnership Ceremonies, each with its own individual character and
charm - the waterside stage, magnificent main hall or intimate
Dinant Room.
Receptions
Broxbourne Civic Hall is a popular
choice following a more traditional church
or registry office wedding.
Setting
The venue is set in over six acres of
tree lined gardens which slope down to a picturesque lake which
offers a beautiful setting for photographs. Drinks can be served al
fresco on the terrace allowing guests the opportunity to stroll
around the grounds.
Waterside stage
The waterside stage is positioned on
the edge of the ornamental lake and is a popular leafy location for
the wedding ceremony.
Main
hall
The main hall can comfortably seat up
to 350 guests. This large hall can be tailored to suit individual
tastes and transformed to suit the grandest of ceremonies.
Transform the main hall with the venue’s internal marquee.
The hall is draped with pure white cotton and voiles. With fairy
lights, a star curtain and magnificent chandeliers, these all
create an impressive and unique venue for a special day. The
venue’s lighting system can also enhance the colour theme and a
full technical service is available to help create the perfect day.
Chair covers and organza sashes are also offered in several
different colour options.
Dinant Room
This room can seat 60 guests for a
ceremony offering a more intimate venue than the main hall. The
room has oak floors and oak panelling offering a classic venue for
your wedding vows.
Broxbourne Civic Hall is conveniently located just eight
miles from Junction 25 of the M25 with easy access from the
A10.
The Hall is also situated just four miles
from the Cheshunt Marriott Hotel which is an ideal place for your
guests to stay.
