Booking condtions and information

Exchange or refund of tickets

Patrons are required to check their tickets at the time of purchase. Broxbourne Council reserves the right to alter or cancel performances. We regret that ticket money cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled. Only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Tickets may be accepted for re-sale, once a performance has sold out, but there is no guarentee of a sale. All exchanges and re-sales are subject to an administration charge of £1.50 per ticket.

Latecomers

Latecomers will not be admitted in to the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.

Disabled access and facilities

Facilities include: access and facilities for the disabled at Broxbourne Civic Hall and Wolsey Hall; disabled parking areas available at Broxbourne Civic Hall; a loop system for the hard of hearing; automatic entrance doors; disabled toilets at both sites. Owing to limited space for wheelchairs, please advise box office when purchasing tickets.

Mailing list

If you would like to have the What's On guide sent to you please let us know. We will hold your details on a secure database and will only use them to send you information on Borough of Broxbourne events.

Babes in arms

In the interest of other patrons, babes in arms are generally not admitted in the main auditorium, except where indicated. Tickets must be purchased for all children irrespective of their age. This must be booked in advance. Baby changing facilities are available.

  • Full time students
  • Job seekers
  • Low income families
  • Persons aged 60 or over
  • Disabled persons - where assistance is required, registered carers of the disabled are eligible for free admission.

Suitable identification will be required and this policy will be reviewed annually and may be subject to change. Please ask at reception for further details.
