David J Perkins is a British artist who specialises in wildlife subjects in all its diversity, comfortably painting big game or small mammals and birds. David is a self-taught artist, working in pencils or oils, he has completed a commission from the Canadian Conservation Agency for 12 paintings of Canadian wildlife. These original paintings are to be reproduced as conservation stamps and limited edition prints; one for each Canadian Territory. They have since requested a second set of 12.

Then and now photograph

Postponed from 2008, this is an exhibition of photographs of local people ‘then and now’ – featuring pictures from the past which illustrate their life’s achievements and photographs of them in the present day. Photographs of

each participant, then and now, will be displayed next to captions describing their life and how things have changed for them over the years.
