How can the Council’s Landlords Forum be improved?
The Council is currently looking at ways it can attract more
local landlords and letting agents to its Landlords Forums,
including the possibility of operating a cross-boundary forum with
other close local authorities. Any suggestions on what could be
done to improve this event would be most welcome, please forward
any suggestions to housingstrategy@broxbourne.gov.uk
The correct way to serve notice on tenants was
one of the topics covered in the most recent Broxbourne Landlords
Forum on Thursday 20 May 2010.
Local landlords and lettings agents who
attended were also informed of how they could let their properties
to households who have registered with the council as being in
‘housing need’.
