New industrial units available
As part of a continuing investment in
providing new industrial building to encourage employment in the
Borough, the Council are to due to complete Phase IV of the
Hoddesdon Industrial Centre in Pindar Road, Hoddesdon in
August.
This new phase represents a £2.9 million
investment by the Council and is intended to encourage new business
start ups and the growth of small businesses in the Borough.
Phase IV consists of seven warehouse/light
industrial units ranging from 2,300 sq ft to 3,500 sq ft with a
high specification including fitted offices, staff rooms and
disabled person lift. The units are constructed to energy
efficient standards and computer modelling has reduced carbon
emission levels on the buildings by at least 40 per cent compared
to previous phases and to meet the latest energy saving
standards.
Features include a flexible internal layout,
external security lighting and allocated car parking spaces.
Visitor car spaces are provided and the estate has an attractive
landscaped environment.
The Council are offering inclusive flexible
letting terms and the development has already attracted
