Premiership football coaching

The football coaching scheme on the Holdbrook Estate in
Waltham Cross is to be extended. West Ham United Football
Club will continue coaching at the new kickabout court on the
estate until the end of August 2008. The court, was recently
opened by the Mayor of Broxbourne.
The coaching sessions began in January 2008
and around 20 children and young people have been attending each
session.
The extension to the project is funded jointly
by Broxbourne Borough Council and Broxbourne Housing Association.
The coaching sessions will run from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday evenings
at the kickabout court.
