Swimming crash courses

Residents in Broxbourne can now book for swimming crash courses at The John Warner Sports Centre and Grundy Park Leisure Centre and categories include ‘Tadpoles’, ‘Frogs’, beginners and intermediates.

The four and five day swimming crash courses provide an opportunity for children of all ages and abilities to develop their swimming skills and is a great time to introduce children to the pools.

The four day course runs from Tuesday 26 August to Friday 29 August, and costs £17.20 for members and £22.80 for non members.

There are three sets of five day crash courses running from Monday 28 July to Friday 1 August, Monday 4 August to Friday 8 August and from Monday 18 August to Friday 22 August.  Each course costs £21.50 for members and £28.50 for non members. An additional five day course with a reduced price, because of ASA Level 1 training at the same time, runs from Monday 11 August to Friday 15 August, costing £11 for members and £14.50 for non members. All courses run between 9.30am and 11.30am.

Please note that courses from 11 August to 31 August run only at The John Warner Sports Centre due to pool closure at Grundy Park Leisure Centre.
