Statement of Community Involvement
Section 18 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 requires local planning authorities to prepare a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI).
The Borough of Broxbourne SCI sets out how the Council will involve all sections of the local community, businesses and key stakeholders:
- throughout the process of preparing, altering and reviewing planning policy documents
- in the planning application process
