Improving railway stations
There are five railway stations in Broxbourne
Borough, owned by Network Rail, and operated under a franchise
arrangement by National Express. The Council is working with
railway agencies to improve the stations, thus enhancing the
experience of travellers and encouraging people to use
sustainable modes of transport. A document outlining the plans for
