Cost of A10 footbridge
Planning permission for the A10 footbridge project was granted
in February 2008. The estimated final project
costs are in the region of £2,000,000, funded by the
£500,000 grant from Sustrans lottery funding and £1,500,000
from the Council’s 2010/11 capital programme. A final
price for construction is still the subject of negotiation with the
contractor.
