To help local businesses rise from the challenges recently faced due to COVID-19 the Council has teamed up with Maybe*, a social media management platform designed to help businesses increase sales by showcasing their latest social media news and offers to a wider pool of local shoppers.
Shoppers will be able to engage and view the social activity of all registered businesses in one spot via virtual High Street Guides for Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross. Visitors using the site to browse all the latest news and offers, will receive incentives to stay tuned and continue to shop locally through a local rewards system that operates in a collaborative fashion through the network of registered businesses in the local area.
By using the Maybe* platform, businesses will not only have the ability to increase their visibility and customer footfall, but they will also benefit from a suite of valuable tools and resources, including:
- social media performance metrics
- local audience engagement and conversation monitoring
- personalisation and automated communication tools
- incentives management
- professional training and support to help ensure that businesses make the most of all benefits available via the platform
The Council is funding access to Maybe* for all local businesses using the Reopening High Streets Safely Fund, meaning that businesses will be able to get FREE access for 2021.
You can learn more about the Maybe* platform by joining one of the company’s introduction webinars.
