Officer decisions

To ensure that the Council is transparent in its decision-making, the Council publishes details of certain decisions taken by council officers. This is a requirement of The Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014 and The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012.

The table below details relevant decisions made by officers acting under delegated powers. The regulations do not require the Council to produce a separate record of decision where this information is already required to be produced in accordance with another statutory requirement. The Council is not required to publish records of decision which contain confidential or exempt information.
