Shortlist and offers
The Council will draw up the shortlist of the bidders for the properties on the Wednesday after the bidding cycle closes.
If you are the top bidder the Council will:
- contact you and let you know
- forward your details to the Housing Association who will contact you directly to arrange a viewing of the property
If you still want to move into the accommodation after you have viewed the property, the Housing Association will normally offer the property to you. However, it does reserve the right to decline any nomination made.
