Free Nordic Walking Experience
Nordic walking is an effective and an enjoyable fitness session for all ages and abilities and is one of the best cardiovascular and toning exercises there is. It’s like cross country skiing without the skis or the snow! Using poles, you can tone the upper and lower body at the same time and burn nearly twice as many calories as ordinary walking. It's a great exercise for improving posture and balance - it is ideal for neck, shoulder and back problems and reduces the pressure on knees and hips through the support of the poles.
