Hoddesdon Loves Christmas

The Hoddesdon Loves Christmas event will fill the town centre this year on Saturday 25 November between 10am-6pm.

Visitors will be able to browse the array of craft, charity and promotional stalls lining the High Street with gifts and produce for the festive season, with lots of opportunities to buy a gift for Christmas or produce for the Christmas table.

Local choirs and musical groups will keep shoppers entertained with the majestic sound of Enfield Brass Band bringing in the Christmas cheer. A Father Christmas parade will take place later in the afternoon before the switch on of the Christmas tree lights by the Mayor of Broxbourne followed by a short fireworks display. The town will see an abundance of activities taking place throughout the day for all the family to enjoy, including a Santa's Grotto, fairground rides, arts and crafts and face painting to name but a few. With a selection of catering units attending and a choice of a warming hot chocolate or mulled wine or even perhaps a visit to the processco bar everyone will be content.

If you would like further details on performing or would like a pitch at this event please contact the Town Centres Team by email on Town.centres@broxbourne.gov.uk or call 01992 785655.
