Traffic Penalty Tribunal (TPT)
The Traffic Penalty Tribunal (TPT) ensures that unresolved disputes between you and the Council can be heard at a formal tribunal hearing. The TPT is independent of the Council.
Only cases that have been reviewed and rejected by the Council can be assessed by the TPT. You cannot approach the TPT without having received a Notice of Rejection. The Notice of Rejection letter contains the PIN code you need to register your appeal with the TPT.
