What you can do
The Council cleans the Borough’s streets regularly, however sometimes things happen in between scheduled visits. Please report any street cleaning issues, and the Council will inspect the area and take action if necessary before your street's next scheduled visit.
Find out when your street is scheduled to be cleaned here. Please do not make a report if your next scheduled clean is within the next seven days.

You can also volunteer to help maintain your neighbourhood through the Council's Adopt a Street scheme.
Hertfordshire County Council is responsible for major spillages and debris on roads and underpasses. You can also report blocked drains or faults with street gutters to the County Council.
