Rent and pay
You can apply for an allotment by completing the form below. You will need to:
- be over 18 years old
- be a resident of the Borough
- provide proof of identity
The annual fee for an allotment is:

Invoices are sent during September or October. Concessionary rates are available for residents over 65 years old.
You can volunteer to become a site representative on behalf of the Council. If a position is available, your tenancy will be free.
You will assist new tenants and inform the Council of any:
- unmaintained plots
- bonfires
