CIL consultation
Broxbourne Council is proposing to introduce a Community Infrastructure Levy of £100 per square metre on residential developments of between 1 and 9 residential dwellings. Developments of 10+ dwellings and other forms of development will continue to contribute to the delivery of infrastructure through Section 106 agreements in the normal way.
