Adopt-a-street
You can join this scheme by volunteering to carry out litter picking to keep your adopted area clear of litter. You can join with neighbours, friends and family. You choose the area you want to adopt and the Council will provide the appropriate equipment. Volunteering will not reduce the scheduled cleaning already undertaken by the Council.
