The Mayor's chosen charities are Windrush Legacies and The James Foundation.
Windrush Legacies is committed to honouring the Legacy of the Windrush Generation Since 1948.
The James Foundation is a community charity created in memory of James, supporting families after baby loss through local peer support, hospital and funeral director partnerships, free paediatric first aid training, and meaningful remembrance projects such as the Memorial Tree in Cedars Park, ensuring no family grieves alone and every baby is remembered.
