Join Lowewood Museum on Wednesday, 8 April 2026, for a fun-filled Family Day inspired by the Behind the Seams: Costumes from the Collection exhibition. Running from 10.30am to 3pm (with a dedicated Quiet Hour from 3–4pm), this special event invites both adults and children to explore creativity, history, and hands‑on costume fun.
Enjoy a variety of activities, including:
- Dressing-up and fancy-dress photo competition
- Crafty costume‑making sessions
- ‘Community Threads’ cloak project, where you can contribute your own creative touch
