The meeting point for this Health Walk is outside the Cedars Park Cafe.
If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre-walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water. Children are welcome, however, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and must also be registered as a health walker.
