If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre-walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment, but be sure to dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, and bring a bottle of water. Children are welcome, however, under-18s must be accompanied by an adult and registered as a health walker.
