Landlords and Letting Agents
The Simple Lets scheme includes:
- no letting fees
- comprehensive checks on prospective tenants including previous references from landlords, affordability evaluations and financial checks
- property inspections if requested
- deposit and rent in advance, paid at the signing of the tenancy
- a dedicated officer who will be a single point of contact for both the landlord and the tenant throughout the tenancy to resolve any issues that may arise
- invitations to regular information events
- free Assured Shorthold tenancy agreement provided if required
