Park Plaza North Development Brief
The Park Plaza North Development Brief supplements Local Plan Policy PP2, which allocates the site for a mix of employment uses. On 29 March 2022, Cabinet resolved to consult on the draft Development Brief. Public consultation will take place following the May elections. Cabinet also resolved that prior to adoption of the Brief, the document should be used to inform stakeholders of the Council’s policy position in relation to the Park Plaza North site.
