Fees
Discounted prices are available to residents who are over 75 years, and those receiving:
- Income Support
- Job Seekers Allowance
- Employment Support Allowance (income-related)
- Universal Credit
- Personal Independence Payment
- Disability Living Allowance
- Pension Credit
To qualify for the discounted price you will need to provide proof of age and your National Insurance number.
2025/26 prices
- 1 item - £37 (concessions £27.75)
- 2 items - £48 (concessions £36)
- 3 items - £60 (concessions £45)
- Per extra item - £13 (up to a maximum of 10 items)
2026/27 prices
From 1 April 2026, there will be a single charge for all collections up to three items, and an additional charge per item after that.

- 1 to 3 items - £55 (concessions £41.25)
- Per extra item - £13.50 (up to a maximum of 10 items)
