Local Land Charges (LLC) searches, formerly known as LLC1 searches, previously provided by Broxbourne Borough Council have now migrated to HM Land Registry’s digital LLC Register.
To access the new service you can download a free personal search from GOV.UK, or an official search for £15 through your portal account, Business Gateway account or GOV.UK.
