Change of address
If you have moved into or out of the Borough of Broxbourne, you will need to tell the Council twice.
Council Tax
First, please report your new address using our Council Tax portal.
If you are a resident of the Borough but have not used the Council Tax portal yet, you will need to create an online log in first.
You will also need to follow these steps if you are moving out of the Borough.

- electoral register
- housing support
- leisure centre membership
- any Council managed licences, such as taxi drivers
- allotments
- outstanding invoices relating to sundry debts
