Change of address
If you have moved into the Borough of Broxbourne, you will only need to register for Council Tax using Step 1 below.
If you are moving out of Broxbourne, or within the Borough, you must follow Step 1 and Step 2.
Step 1 - Council Tax
First, please report your new address using our Council Tax portal.
If you are a resident of the Borough but have not used the Council Tax portal yet, you will need to create an online log in first.
You will also need to follow these steps if you are moving out of the Borough.
Step 2 - Other Council services
Second, please use the appropriate form below to report your change of address for all the Council's other services.

- waste services
- electoral register
- housing support
- leisure centre membership
- any Council managed licences, such as taxi drivers
- allotments
- outstanding invoices relating to sundry debts
- seasonal sports pitch hire
