You can also report racial abuse and hate crimes to the Council. To do this, fill in the 'report antisocial behaviour' form using the link below, and when asked which type of antisocial behaviour is being reported, select 'racial abuse or hate crime'.
You will be asked to give:
- your details
- details of the victim if it is not you
- details of the antisocial behaviour
- details of the perpetrators (if known)
- any supporting evidence - for example, photographs
