Landlords' forum

The Council holds a Landlords' Forum every six months (in April and October) for private landlords and letting agents to:

  • receive updates on the latest legislation
  • receive information and advice from guest speakers
  • discuss housing matters with Council officers from the Simple Lets, Housing Needs, Housing Benefits and Environmental Health teams

 

Broxbourne Landlords Forum 8 May 2024 – Satisfaction Survey Outcome

At the end of the forum, we asked the Landlords and Agents in the Borough to fill out a satisfaction survey and give feedback on the forum. The results for the survey are as follows:

  • 100% of respondents were very satisfied or satisfied with the landlord forum
  • 100% of respondents stated that they are likely or very likely to attend the next forum
  • The most liked aspects of the forum were the information provided about legislation affecting landlords, the presentation by the landlords’ association, and the presentation from the Simple Lets team.
  • 66% of respondents stated that the Broxbourne Landlords Forum can be improved if it is held more frequently.
