Costs
If you make a formal complaint to the Council you must pay a fee of £400.00.
This fee relates to the Council's costs of carrying out the formal investigation and any formal action that follows. Once the Council has decided to investigate your complaint you must pay the fee in full before any action is taken. The fee is non-returnable regardless of the outcome.
