Request a land search
Official search
You can request an official search using the Council's online form at the bottom of this page. You will need to provide:
- your full contact details
- the full address of the land or property to be searched
- a Land Registry or Ordnance Survey plan ready to upload, with the extent of the land or property to be searched clearly outlined in red
- your completed LLC1, CON29 and/or CON290 forms ready to upload
- a customer reference number
- an email address to where the search results should be sent
Personal search
You can also request a personal search using the Council's online form at the bottom of this page. You will need to provide:
- your full contact details
- the full address of the land or property to be searched
- a Land Registry or Ordnance Survey plan ready to upload, with the extent of the land or property to be searched clearly outlined in red
- an email address to where the search results should be sent
