Pay for accommodation charges
Please note: Accommodation charges do not include B3 garage rental payments. You should contact B3 Living to find out how to pay these charges. If you are a B3 living client, please refer to your B3 living account.
There are a number of ways you can pay accomodation charges. To make sure the Council receives your payment, please follow the steps below.
It may take up to four days for your payment to show on your account.
Pay online
The fastest way to pay your accommodation charge is online.
To use the online form you will need to provide:
- your contact details
- your rent account number
- your credit or debit card details

Pay by card
Use the 24 hours automated telephone line: call 0845 6017620 and select option 3 (calls cost 2p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge).
Pay with online bank transfer
You can pay by standing order, BACS or online banking; the Council’s bank details are:

Pay at the Post Office
You can pay by cash, cheque or card. Cheques should be made payable to Post Office Counters Ltd. Please note, the maximum amount accepted per cheque is £999.99.
