If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, Broxbourne Council can give you advice and support on:
- What you can do to prevent your homelessness.
- How the Council can help prevent your homelessness.
- Find out what help we can offer you if you become homeless.
What the Council will do to help
The Council can:
- Agree an plan with you that describes what you have to do and what the Council has to do to assist you. This is called a Personalised Housing Plan or PHP.
- Give you a list of places you can contact. The Council has a limited number of places in hostels. Some of the places you may be offered will be outside the local area.
